So as you can see, we’ve launched our new website. Now we’ve got it, let’s use it! Our goal is to keep you informed of our latest product offers, product and supplier information, any really good deals we have, and my opinions on matters in or outside of the industry.

I really want this website to be a space for you to get information that you need but also to be light-hearted and enjoyable. I hope and expect it will evolve into a valuable tool for clients, so your feedback would be much appreciated.

 

What we’re doing

At HortPro we are determined to not be the same as everyone else. We are determined to challenge and change the way things are done. It’s all about you and what you want.

Firstly, we want to ensure that we are not being wasteful, in other words keeping all overheads, staff, buildings and vehicle costs to a minimum, whilst ensuring you still get good service and delivery. This means we do not have a retail store, and that we work from a warehouse. This helps keep our costs down, and ensures we remain competitive.

Secondly, we try and source the best high-value products available on the market today. This does not mean the cheapest; product quality is first and foremost. The products we sell are tested in the field; scientific data and client testimonials support their efficacy. This proves they do what they are supposed to do – protect your crop.

Our third aim is focused on integrity and honesty. If we cannot supply you with the right product or service to suit your needs, then we will refer you to the people who can. There is no tunnel vision with HortPro – we tell it as we see it, and you will get honest advice.

Finally, now that we’re up and running, we’re focusing on getting our technology right. We want to ensure we are as efficient as possible, and that our systems reflect our vision – to provide you with the right product information, advice and account support. If you are having an issue with your account then we are just a phone call away, we’re not a big corporate or co-op we actually understand your needs.
